At Mick Foden Commercials Ltd. we believe in being transparent, which is why we have put together the following price list.

These will be updated on a regular basis to better reflect the changing landscape in which we operate.

All prices shown are subject to an additional 20% VAT and are charged in 15-minute intervals.

  • 1 hour minimum charge per job applies

    £70.00 per hour

    Please note that we are closed on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

  • • 6-Weekly Vehicle Safety Inspection: £140.00

    • 12-Weekly Trailer Safety Inspection: £90.00

    • Pre-MOT Inspection: £70.00

    • Pre-MOT Vehicle Wash: £90.00 / Includes the cab, the body and the underside

    • Vehicle Presented for MOT: £210.00

    • Annual Full Vehicle Service: £210.00

    Parts charged separately

  • • 6-Monthly Oil / Filter Change: £70.00 per Vehicle

    • Brake Pad Change: £100.00 per Axle

    • Disc Replacement - Steering Axles 1&2: £280.00 per axle / 2nd wheel nut re-torque not included

    • Disc Replacement - Driving Axles 3&4: £420.00 per axle/ 2nd wheel nut re-torque not included

    Parts charged separately

  • We appreciate that in our industry plans change, however when a call-out charge is applied, any labour to resolve the issue will be charged separately.

    • 06:00am - 18:00pm / Monday - Sunday: £30.00* / Within 15 miles of Didcot

    • 18:01pm - 05:59am / Monday - Sunday: £60.00* / Within 15 miles of Didcot

    • Failed Visit: £60.00** / If vehicle is not present or customer supplies incorrect parts. / Subject to call-out charge, hourly rates and travel time.

    *All call-outs more than 15 miles outside of Didcot may be subject to additional charges.

    ** Travel time is calculated on a round trip from our office to the location of the vehicle being attended. Dependent on the day, this may also be subject to a difference in the hourly rate charged. This will be rounded up and charged to the nearest hour.

  • We have created operational zones based on the distance between our office (OX11 7DQ) and the location we are attending. Discretional discounts are available.

    • Zone One / Under 15 miles / No Additional Charge

    • Zone Two / 15.01 to 25 miles / 33% Hourly Rate

    • Zone Three / More than 25 miles / 50% Hourly Rate

  • • EML Vehicle Diagnostic: £62.50* Per vehicle ‘plug-in’ diagnosis / *Any labour to resolve the diagnosis, plus parts, will be charged separately

    • Welding: £75.00ph* / *Parts charged separately

    • Tyre Fitting: £60.00ph* Per tyre / *Tyres charged separately

Cancellation policy:

We operate a min. 24-hour cancellation policy for all agreed work. With the exception of a true emergency, where all or part of the cancellation costs may be waived, the full cost of the service provided is payable. Please see our cancellation policy for full details.
