Our core working hours are 06:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday, but if your need is urgent, we are able to work around your loading times too.

HGV trailer servicing is a crucial aspect of maintaining the safety and efficiency of heavy goods vehicles. Our skilled mechanics inspect and service trailers to ensure their brakes, lights, tires, and suspension systems are in optimal condition, minimising the risk of breakdowns and accidents on the road. Regular servicing helps extend the lifespan of trailers and promotes the smooth operation of logistics and transportation businesses.
Trailer Servicing
Safety Inspections, Oil / Filter Changes & MOTs
Ensuring DVSA vehicle compliance is our priority. We conduct 6-weekly safety inspections on all HGVs and 12-weekly for trailers under our care, using R2C online for efficient reporting. You’ll receive the reports via email and can access them 24/7 through your account. Additionally, we recommend oil/filter changes every six months and a full vehicle service annually. During the annual MOT, we’ll automatically change filters and top-up fluid levels to optimize your vehicle's performance.
Computer Diagnostics
Whatever the EML (Engine Management Light) warning, by using the latest Jaltest diagnostic software, we can get straight to the root of the problem and agree the best way forward together.
Punctures & Tyres
We believe that the longevity of a tyre should be priority, which is why where possible, we use a patch to repair a puncture in the first instance.
With our own equipment and longstanding relationships with our suppliers, we are able to recommend before fitting, the best tyre to suit your needs and budget.
Road Side Assistance
Let’s hope you don’t, but if you do and you need assistance in Oxfordshire, we can be with you quickly and have you on your way in no time.
Brake & Smoke Tests
As part of your ongoing vehicle maintenance plan we can also arrange brake and smoke tests. We will collect your vehicle, taking it to the 3rd-party supplier(s) to perform the necessary assessments, before returning it to you. All tests will be accompanied by a copy of the test certificate.
Consultancy
From the layout of the tools to the order in which maintenance tasks are completed, we are able to call on over 40 years combined knowledge to assist you in creating the most efficient flow in your workshop.
Once operating, we are then available both onsite and offsite to provide live support in tackling and resolving unfamiliar maintenance issues as they arise.
Haulage
As an ambient HGV 1 haulier we are constantly on the move across the country with Lena Trucker at the wheel. With our own truck and trailer we are able to keep operating costs to minimum and offer competitive delivery rates. Find us on the Haulage Exchange.
Being able to keep commercial vehicle downtime to a minimum is key, which is why we make decisive onsite decisions to get vehicles back on the road quickly and cost effectively.
